Funding

The Oregon Law Center receives revenue from a variety of sources including state court filing fees, Interest On Lawyers’ Trust Accounts (IOLTA), The Lawyers’ Campaign for Equal Justice, federal, state and foundation grants, along with attorney fees awarded against opposing parties.

Board of Directors

The board of directors of the Oregon Law Center is made up of 18 directors. Eleven directors are attorneys appointed by the state and local bar associations, six directors are eligible clients selected by organizations that serve client-eligible individuals and one director is an accountant who is elected by the board. The composition of the board includes members from many parts of Oregon and also reflects the diversity of Oregon’s population.
